The Emergency Record platform was decommissioned on 31 March 2026 and is no longer available. If you wish to request a copy of personal information held in relation to the Emergency Record platform, you may do so through our Privacy Portal. Any personal data associated with the platform will be deleted in accordance with applicable contractual terms and retention requirements, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations requiring continued retention.
