Sign Up/Getting Started
Sign up for the Emergency Record using the box on the right side of this site. Or, you can go to http://www.internationalsos.com
and enter your membership number on the Members Login page.
First-time users:
- Allow 15-30 minutes to complete the Emergency Record.
- Try to complete each section relevant to you. Click on the hyperlink for more information on each section.
- Be as complete and accurate as possible. Your health may depend on it!
Updating the Record
Keep your information up to date. We recommend that you update the Record at least every six months. Simply log on from this site or by going to http://www.internationalsos.com and enter your membership number on the Members Login page.
Vaccination Reminders
The Vaccination Management System determines the vaccinations required for you based on the information you enter about your projected type of travel and vaccination history. Vaccination status is reported on an Emergency Record summary page. Follow-up reminders on when your next booster is due will be sent via email.
